Marematlou Training Institute (Pty)Ltd Examination and Invigilation workshop.

Marematlou Training Institute (MTI) had an invigilation and examination workshop at its campus. The purpose of the workshop was part of an ongoing process to ensure that MTI maintains the standard of delivery and meets the set quality standards of Higher Educational Institutions based on the Assessments, Examination, and Moderation procedures for the Advanced Diploma in School Leadership and Management programme.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. TD Nhlapo.  The facilitator managed to share his expertise and experience with the team and ensured that all regulations and current practices were observed and adhered to by MTI staff in this process.  He further aligned his presentation with MTI policies, which resulted in more interactions from staff, and clarity-seeking questions and discussions took place.

It should be stated that the audience appreciated the presentations and is eagerly geared towards the implementation of a successful and credible assessment as MTI continuously strives for quality in service delivery.
