On-line learning and recording studio
Marematlou Training Institute has a dedicated studio that has been designed for the purpose of ensuring teaching and learning is delivered without any disruption. The studio is at MTI’s main building facility at Bloemfontein head office and has been furnished with the required equipment to ensure lessons, discussions and meetings can be recorded and captured in alignment with the quality and standards of technological delivery. Studio capacity taking up to a capacity of 4 people in one session (2 technical team members, 1 lecturer and 1 observer).
- To provide online classes and life streaming to distance learning students
- To allow lecturers to make pre-recordings of lessons for placement on the student portal.
- To facilitate online meetings between students, lecturers and learning facilitators.
- To ensure continuous interactive virtual discussions between students, learning facilitators and lecturers.
The lecturers for the Advanced Diploma in School Management and Leadership have started with the recording of lessons from 20th May 2023. Furthermore, the studio will play a critical part in ensuring that all programmes offered by MTI can be facilitated using online mode to allow access to students who do not reside in Bloemfontein but have a desired interest to study with MTI.
