JENN partners with EC MEC: Education during Back-to-school Campaign

During the roll out of his Back-to-school 2021 Campaign in Amathole East (Mnquma Local Municipality), the Eastern Cape’s MEC: Education extended an invite to JENN Training and Consultancy to partner with him in ensuring that no learner is left behind during this academic year.

The visits to Teko Fihla Primary School; Bhuru Primary School, Mapasa Primary School; Maboboti Senior Secondary School and Isolomzi Senior Secondary School transpired from the 1st to the 2nd of March 2021. The Drive, which is being used to promote Teaching and Learning at Schools, was well attended by various stakeholders within the Province, including Officials from the MEC’s office, Amathole Education District, Mnquma Municipality Mayor, JENN Training and Consultancy and Maths and Science Infinity for the High Schools.

As we are still amid the pandemic that is Covid, the involvement of stakeholders in ensuring that learners stay in school is an important role. The visit was also fortified through the generous donations of School Tracksuits, Shoes, Bags with stationery and water bottles for the primary schools. This was topped up with more shoes and Sanitary towels for the High schools from our co-sponsors.

“The outreach to the rural areas is always a heart-warming itinerary amongst our many Corporate Social Investments as JENN training and Consultancy, in any given year. And to be a part of such a great initiative to help learners stay in school, in these trying times, brings so much fulfilment through the ability to make a difference to a number of learners” – asserted the Public Relations Officer.

JENN aims to continue supporting the EC MEC: Education in more of his campaigns of this nature. But that will not limit the reach and depth of its continued support to other stakeholders through our Corporate Social Responsibilities.
