Marematlou Training Institute Gives Back to the Community Through School Shoe and Sanitary Towel Donation
Marematlou Training Institute (MTI) continues to demonstrate its commitment to uplifting communities by donating school shoes and sanitary towels to learners at Lekhulong Senior Secondary School.
The initiative was carried out in partnership with Moeketsi Nibe from Nibe Youth Development, whose dedication to improving the lives of young people continues to make a positive impact within local communities.
Recognising that many learners face challenges that extend beyond the classroom, the donation aimed to restore dignity, improve school attendance, and create a more supportive learning environment. Access to proper school shoes and essential sanitary products can make a significant difference in ensuring that learners remain confident, comfortable, and focused on their education.
Speaking on the initiative, Marematlou Training Institute reaffirmed its commitment to making a meaningful difference in the communities it serves.
“Education is about more than academic achievement. It is about creating opportunities and removing barriers that prevent learners from reaching their full potential. Through partnerships such as this, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.”
The Institute expressed its sincere appreciation to Moeketsi Nibe and Nibe Youth Development for their collaboration and shared vision of empowering communities through acts of kindness and support.
As a socially responsible organisation, Marematlou Training Institute believes that investing in education and community development is an investment in South Africa’s future.
