Marematlou Training Institute In-Service Training.

In-service training is given monthly to the Marematlou Training Institute Administrators to equip themselves with soft skills.  The training aims to promote professional development and increase Administrators’ efficiency, experience, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their duties and responsibilities.

The Punctuality and Discipline in the Workplace in-service training were presented to the Administrators on 24 and 26 July 2023.  38 topics have been covered since the training has been introduced, to mention a few: Telephone Etiquette, Ethics and Behaviour in the Workplace, Customer service, Communication skills for excellent customer service, and Effective teamwork.  At the end of a 12-month cycle, a ceremony is arranged to award employees with certificates. An employee said:” It is really nice to feel appreciated and recognized for our hard work and having a certificate as proof of all the training I have attended is great.”
