The 7th Annual SADTU Eastern Cape / JENN Teachers Awards.

The 7^th Annual SADTU Eastern Cape / JENN Teachers Awards was held at the Iconic East London International Convention Centre on the 6th of April 2024.

This event like many others before it was graced by many dignitaries including amongst others: the MEC of Education in the Eastern Cape, Mr. Fundile Gade and The Premier of the Eastern Cape, Mr. Oscar Mabuyane. SADTU Eastern Cape honoured the departed CEO of JENN Training and Consultancy, Prof JM Selesho and ECDoE HOD Dr Nuku at the awards by inviting their families and presented them with a certificate and a Special gift. Eastern Cape celebrated yet another increase in their matric pass rate, leaving them at 81.4% pass rate at the end of the 2023 academic year.

As a result, this year 250 educators (EC SADTU Members) be awarded for outstanding results produced across the entire Eastern Cape Province during the 2023 National Senior Certificate sitting.
