2023 In-Service Training Certification Ceremony.

Marematlou Training Institute (Pty)Ltd is delighted to share the joyous occasion of our recent In-Service Training Certification Ceremony with all of you.  It was a morning filled with enthusiasm, dedication, and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth.  In-service training is given monthly to the Marematlou Training Institute Administrators to equip themselves with soft skills.  What better way to recognize, celebrate and share the progress, and success of the Administrators than by holding a Certification Ceremony?

During the 2022 academic year, the Administrators received training in Decision-Making, Business and Personal Ethics, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Awareness, Creative Thinking, Strategic Thinking Self-Regulation, Motivation, and Professionalism in the Workplace.  Certificates were handed out; therefore, the Administrators feel special, rewarded, and proud of their personal and professional development.
