Advanced Diploma in School leadership and management Induction and Registration session for selected School Principals

On the 16^th and 31^st of May, Marematlou Training Institute (MTI) in collaboration with the Department of Education, hosted an Induction and Registration session in the Eastern Cape, at Mandla Makhupula Leadership Institute.

This gathering was exclusively for the selected school principals, deputy principals & the SMT committee. The intent behind the Advanced Diploma in School Management and Leadership programme launch, proffered by MTI, was to register 60 students.

The Advanced Diploma in School Management and Leadership programme has been designed to build all the skills, knowledge and values needed to lead and manage schools effectively, as a complex learning organisation. This programme is due for implementation in July 2023, in a Blended Learning Mode.
