Capacity Building Workshop – Done and Dusted

Marematlou Training Institute (MTI), has one of its mission points as follows: -To offer a customized service to meet the growing needs of clients and students.

Department of Provincial Treasury: Free State has been the latest MTI client to have been served with a Workshop progamme aimed at Capacitating 23 of its Interns and Work Experiential learners and readying them for the workplace. The outline of the modules that were offered were inclusive of topics such as: Work-Life Balance; Communication Skills; Conflict Management; Emotional Intelligence; Stress Management, Interview Skills; as well as Time Management.

The trainings took place from the 21st of November until the 8th of December 2022 at the Treasury premises. The 9th of December 2022 was then set aside as a day to present to 22 participants (that managed to successfully attend the workshops), their Certificates of Attendance. The certification was done at the MTI campus.
