Marematlou Group Holdings (MGH) proudly marks 20 years of excellence, growth, and transformation. What began two decades ago in a modest office on Bastion Street in Bloemfontein has grown into a purpose-built campus at Rayton, a symbol of resilience, innovation, and community empowerment.

Rooted in the meaning of our name, “Marematlou a lentswe leng” people walking together with one voice our journey has always been about unity, shared purpose, and impact. Over the years, each transition in location represented not only physical growth, but organisational maturity, increased capacity, and the trust placed in us by learners, clients, and partners.

Today, MGH operates through two impactful divisions: JENN Training & Consultancy, strengthening schools and learner outcomes, and Marematlou Training Institute (MTI), delivering accredited learning pathways, skills development, and community empowerment initiatives. Together, these divisions reflect our integrated approach to education and training.

Our success has been shaped by visionary leadership, dedicated staff, committed facilitators, trusted partners, and supportive advisory experts. From strong foundations laid under Professor Selesho to the future-focused leadership of Mrs Selesho as CEO, MGH continues to evolve while remaining grounded in its core values.
