Information Technology Learnership.

Marematlou Training Institute (MTI) was awarded a grant by the MICT SETA to implement a learnership in Information Technology: Technical Support (NQF Level 4) in the 2022/23 financial year for 45 learners earlier this year. August 2022, saw the MICT increase the number of beneficiaries with an additional 35 learners, bringing the total number of recipients to 80.
This is a great opportunity, not only for MTI as a service provider; but for the learners that are participating in the programme as well.

During the training period, all learners will be intensely theoretically trained in the qualification. And the upside to a learnership, is the actual exposure to the workplace in a relevant field.
Our intake will be placed at the Department of Health: FS and SmartTech for their nibble as part of the working force in the IT industry.
