IT STUDENTS WORKING SESSION

The purpose of the working session is to provide a dynamic and immersive learning experience that equips participants with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their chosen field and make meaningful contributions to their future employers or industries.

Feedback and Improvement: During working sessions, learners receive feedback from mentors, trainers, or supervisors. This feedback helps them understand their strengths and areas for improvement, facilitating personal and professional growth. Learners interact with the facilitator by sharing their workplace experiences and also have an opportunity to complete outstanding summative assessments activities that require practical related exercises.

Collaboration and Networking: Learners have the opportunity to collaborate with their peers, share ideas, and work in teams. This promotes teamwork, communication, and networking skills, which are vital in any professional setting.
