MTI Leadership and Management Skills Programme Certification

The Eastern Cape Department of Education, in partnership with Marematlou Training Institute (MTI), is currently hosting Leadership and Management Skills Programme Certification Ceremonies across the four Provincial Teacher Development Institutes (PTDIs).

This milestone event celebrates school leaders who have successfully completed the ETDP SETA-accredited and SACE-endorsed Leadership and Management Programme (72 credits). The programme was implemented across all 12 districts of the province, empowering principals and deputy principals with advanced leadership and management competencies.

MTI extends its heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their dedication and commitment to strengthening leadership capacity in schools across the Eastern Cape.
