MTI continues to participate in skilling the youth.

Marematlou Training Institute has been awarded a grant by the MICT SETA to implement a learnership in Information Technology: Technical Support (NQF Level 4) in the 2022/23 financial year. This qualification has been noted amongst the scarce and critical skills gaps that are prevalent in the country.

This learning opportunity has been awarded to 45 learners in the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality and will run from August 2022 until July 2023 – this is inclusive of the theoretical aspect as well practical workplace experience.
